How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order and submit the payment, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay

  • Maestro

  • Visa (credit/debit card)

Please note that you need to use the identification method required by the issuing bank of your credit card for payment with Visa and MasterCard.

 

How can I cancel or amend my order?

Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent the dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it will be too late to prevent your order from being sent to you.

If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by or email. 

If the Customer Care Team is unable to cancel your order and the products are dispatched to you, you have the option to refuse the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to the BIJOUX eSTORE, Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders.

How can I make a return?


ONLINE PURCHASE

We offer a free returns process simply follow the steps below on how to return your parcel:
 

  1. Request a return - Complete your return request form here. Please note that you will need your order number to request a return. You will receive a free returns label within 24 hours. You can either print the returns label or take your QR code with you to a Post Office that can print it for you. You can also select to email yourself a copy of the QR code.

  2. Pack - Pack it with your items and gift packaging in the original packaging). Stick your free returns label on the front of your parcel.

  3. Drop off - Drop off your return package to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office and please make sure to keep the proof of postage. Find your nearest Post Office here.

    Royal Mail now offers a collection service where you can arrange to have your return collected from your home from as little as 60p. Using your prepaid returns label which is packed inside your order, all you need to do is follow the steps here to book a collection from your home.

  4. Receive your refund - The moment we receive your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Please note that the return process may take up to 14 days but our aim is to process it within 7 days upon receiving it at our warehouse.

    You have 30 days to return the items.

    If you would like to exchange your item online for a different size, please contact our customer service team who can help to arrange this for you. Please do not return your gift packaging if you are returning your order/item for an exchange. We will not send you a new bag/gift note with your order. Only return the jewellery box that your jewellery was delivered. 

All products must be in unworn, saleable condition and with a valid receipt. To return product(s) purchased using a promotional offer, you may need to return any item gifted to you as part of the promotion, or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy. Refunds are to the original payment method. The cardholder must be present.

Please note: If for any reason you choose not to use our free returns process and opt to return your package to us using your own carrier, please retain your proof of postage. However, please note that we cannot refund this cost of postage.

 

How will my order be packaged?

​All BIJOUX orders are delivered with products wrapped in our signature gift packaging, a BIJOUX branded box and a ribbon. Please note, during Sale period, packaging may vary and multiple items may be packaged together.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, 

What communication will I receive regarding my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed an order. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Thereafter you’ll receive another email giving the opportunity to review your purchase.
